The market continues to be abnormal given traditional seasonality. Actives and sold listings are down while pending listings are up from the week prior. This same week last year pending listings were down 15% in King County. The days on market has risen slightly following rises in the median active price and sold price indicating sellers confidence in the market and desire to fetch top dollar while waiting for it.
