The market continues to progress in the right direction for a normalized spring similar to what we saw in 2019. As mortgage rates have remained relatively stable, active inventory has increased slightly while sold listings are down, pendings continue to increase and we anticipate the week-over-week sold number to increase as well in the coming weeks in King County. As the months of inventory based on closed sales continues to decline, the number of days on market too has declined followed by a rise in the median active list price as competition in the market rises.
