As rates rose once again last week, active inventory remained relatively stable along with pending sales. At the same time, the number of sold listings dropped in King County from the week prior due to traditional seasonality showing the strength in the market. The average days on market dropped while the median list and sale price remained relatively stable with a 15% decrease in new listings brought to market.
