Active listings continue to drop as demand grows and active listings go pending also slowly rise followed suit by sold listings. Multiple offers and review dates have returned in some areas indicating we should anticipate a decrease in DOM, increased median list price, and increased median sold price over the coming weeks.

Active, pending, and sold statuses are all up from the week prior in King County as the median sold price also rose to the highest it has been in 2022. As demand continues to exceed available inventory, we continue to see many homes going over list price and a short number of days on market.
