The market in King County rebounded well from the back-to-back holiday weeks with active inventory up slightly and a significant rise in inventory that went pending while sales decreased. Despite the seasonality and the much larger market conditions that exist today, this was still a more considerable week-over-week growth in pendings than this time last year indicating buyers are eager to move into the new year.
