Active listings remain stable as we enter into the full swing of the new year. Sold listings are down due to traditional seasonality from the holiday's in December, while pending listings continue to rise and remain on track from this time last year. The median active price rose slightly last week, while the median sale price dropped by $10k causing the days on market to rise.
