Activity decreased slightly from the previous week as we transition into the summer season. Active listings saw a slight increase, while the number of properties sold decreased. In King County, new listings dropped by 5.1% compared to the previous week. However, the days on market, median active price, and median sold price remained nearly unchanged, indicating that buyer interest persists despite a slight market cooling.
