Active, pending, and sold listings are all up from the week prior indicating the beginning of our spring market. Over 100+ new listings were brought to market last week, and we saw a lot of old inventory gain traction, and even experience multiple offers in some scenarios. The days on market in King County dropped slightly while the median list price and median sold price both rose.
