During the past week, the number of active listings and those transitioning to pending status held steady when compared to the previous week in King County. However, there was a decrease in the number of listings that were successfully sold. Despite these changes, the average days on the market remained consistent, as did both the median sale price and median list price. Notably, the introduction of new listings decreased by 10%, thereby increasing overall demand in the market.
